Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with stakeholders to identify, assess, aggregate, and document risks and controls, including risks tied to new or modified products, services, channels, regulations, and third-party operations.
  • •Communicate results of risk assessments to governance committees, business process owners, and leadership across levels.
  • •Support implementation of risk policies, practices, appetites, and solutions to manage risks using industry best practices.
  • •Enhance risk measurement, monitoring, and reporting through tools, methodologies, and process automation, including data integration and reporting improvements.
  • •Contribute to producing analytical materials for cross-functional discussions, help identify/assess/mitigate current and emerging risk events, and support stress test plan formulation and contingency framing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related field; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •2 years of risk management, regulatory, or operations experience in relevant functional areas such as banking, insurance, financial services, audit, project management, or public accounting.
  • •Knowledge of risk management principles, tools, and applicable systems, including experience related to banking, insurance, and/or financial services.
  • •Working knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including experience analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and process improvement opportunities.
