•Provide tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations based on client needs.
•Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
•Stay ahead of beauty trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back.
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 17 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
•A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
