Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Test Manager for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), owning end-to-end test process governance and oversight of work package planning, execution, and completion.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentoring to manufacturing engineers to build capability across the team.
  • •Drive development, integration, and utilisation of manufacturing systems data sets to enable insight-led decision-making and process optimisation.
  • •Drive and support the manufacturing systems requirements lifecycle with cross-functional teams to deliver tactical projects and MES work packages.
  • •Perform root cause analysis of manufacturing system issues and champion continuous improvement in digital manufacturing capability, processes, and data governance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 53,100

Key Requirements

  • •Provide engineering expertise supported by formal qualifications and relevant experience.
  • •Experience with digital systems such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Management (ERM), NC Programming, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and 2D/3D CAD/CAM principles.
  • •Lead and coordinate tasks to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines through technical leadership.
  • •Experience driving manufacturing systems requirements and delivering MES work packages that meet stakeholder needs.
  • •Ability to perform root cause analysis on manufacturing system issues and drive timely resolutions to sustain operational performance.
