Job Summary

Develop and scale the sales organization by onboarding new Account Executives and delivering ongoing coaching. Spend much of your time on the sales floor observing live customer conversations, reviewing calls, running role plays and objection-handling practice, and reinforcing Challenger-based, consultative selling. Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to align enablement with product and market updates, using performance metrics and call recordings to identify skill gaps and improve ramp and conversion outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a new Account Executive onboarding program aligned to sales process mastery and ramp expectations.
•Deliver ongoing coaching via live call observation, call reviews, role plays, deal strategy sessions, objection-handling exercises, and pitch refinement.
•Maintain a consistent presence on the sales floor to identify coaching opportunities and provide timely, actionable feedback.
•Reinforce Challenger-based and consultative sales methodology across the customer journey, including discovery, objection handling, urgency creation, lender positioning, and closing execution.
•Build enablement materials (playbooks, talk tracks, call examples, role-play scenarios, job aids) and analyze performance metrics/call recordings to target recurring skill gaps.
