Key Responsibilities

•Guide data collection and analysis from site materials (surveys, blueprints, schematics, drawings) to support project development and construction.
•Apply advanced plumbing engineering techniques to improve building and infrastructure project phases from concept through operation.
•Perform plumbing and fire protection engineering work, including research, inspections, and installation to meet rules, standards, and permits.
•Develop construction/installation plans, specifications, and cost estimates, including safety and phasing plans and coordinated infrastructure layout updates.
•Oversee and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, review/approve installation design plans for code compliance, and prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering (or closely related field).
•7 to 10 years of relevant post-education engineering experience with prior plumbing and mechanical design.
•Engineer license required.
•Proficiency in high-rise plumbing and fire protection design from concept to substantial completion.
•Strong ability to perform technical computations, inspections/investigations, and create compliant engineering documentation.
