Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee blending operations by coordinating blending operators’ activities, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring chemicals are correctly weighted and flowing through the system.
  • •Manage blending equipment setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and housekeeping in line with SOPs and 5S standards.
  • •Conduct monthly inventory of chemicals and related materials, document and report results, and support correct purchasing and rail connect/disconnect procedures.
  • •Partner with Quality Control to enforce quality procedures, run inspections/tests, and address non-conformities for blended PVC materials.
  • •Coordinate production planning (blending schedules and daily plans), promote safety and compliance, maintain production/quality documentation, and support external audits.

Key Requirements
