Call Center Associate

Drive revenue through an entry-level outbound call program targeting Canada-based customers for telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. You’ll make high-volume calls, understand customer needs, handle objections, and maintain accurate CRM records to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. This role is 100% work from office with night shifts aligned to North American time zones, supported by company-provided pick-up and drop for shifts.
