Job Summary

Partner with ADS and MSSR teams to manage repairs and spares orders from creation to warehouse receipt, ensuring contractual requirements are met. Coordinate with RMAF, warehouses, DMU, freight forwarders and procurement to monitor inbound/outbound shipments, customs clearance, and export controls, while upholding Airbus Values and delivering reliable material support.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet customer requirements and expectations related to materials domain and ensure the fulfilment of contractual requirements of ADS.
•Close contact with customer related to operative issues. Interact with RMAF from Squadron 8 and FBM on behalf of ADS; with Local Warehouse and Hangar teams for every demands & material issuance. Interact with DMU Team for all tax exemption issue.
•Communicate and follow up with all stakeholders, including freight forwarders for all inbound and outbound shipments, logistic department including warehouse team in MOB and /or ZAL, procurement, etc.. for follow up of the status of Order Book, MSSR, Central TASM and Export Control.
•To ensure all the logistic process and customs clearance take place in advance before shipment arrived to Airport or Port to avoid customer issue and storage late charges.
•Responsible to create RN (repair notification) for material to be shipped for Repair.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in any relevant field with 2 years experience
•Experience in Services/Supply Chain, logistics or material support
•Communication skills to coordinate different stakeholders
•Ability to manage and define processes. Team work skills
•English Fluent; SAP knowledge desirable; MS IT Tools.
