Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform repairs and installations (including remote repairs and Field Change Orders) and conduct cross-system fault analysis with solution finding across clinical, technical, and economic aspects
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication, active escalation management, and close collaboration with internal/external partners while guiding colleagues
  • •Provide technical instructions during installations, coordinate small projects (e.g., moves, upgrades), and independently resolve IT/network disruptions
  • •Support sales and project management on technical topics, share relevant information, and support customers as part of maintenance
  • •Document all activities according to Philips quality criteria, report safety-relevant defects, and comply with required processes
