Key Responsibilities

  • •Develops and maintains customer relationships across relevant individuals in the district, performing regular customer visits.
  • •Manages, coaches, and directs all customer engineers in the district, including salary/career planning, corrective actions, objectives, and performance appraisals.
  • •Serves as the prime interface with Product Divisions (tech support, training, spares, reliability) and executes escalation procedures.
  • •Owns system installation support, including planning/reporting/execution, pre-facility and start-up meetings, process support identification, and RMA procedure management.
  • •Manages district account planning with District Sales Engineers and drives financial forecast and cost efficiency; monitors CSD award program results and the mentor program for new engineers.
