Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director of Project Management in managing new and existing client relationships and driving new revenue through new work and contract renewals.
  • •Lead bid teams and run proposal generation efforts with business generation and senior management teams.
  • •Provide weekly updates on project status, initiatives, and staffing, highlighting issues of concern or conflict when appropriate.
  • •Provide line management for assigned staff, including coaching and mentoring to support professional and career growth.
  • •Oversee financial management activities including margin tracking, monthly fee/resource forecasts, accurate client invoicing, and follow-up on accounts receivable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Experience managing client accounts effectively and efficiently.
  • •Experience managing teams of individual project managers and supporting staff.
  • •Strong understanding of the construction project life cycle and knowledge of the local construction market.
