Key Responsibilities

•Acquire new Enterprise category customers by collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft solutions aligned to customer needs.
•Lead business development efforts including relationship building, stakeholder management, and networking to drive growth and revenue targets.
•Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales plans, approaches, and strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
•Analyze market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
•Work closely with leadership to prioritize initiatives, define growth trajectories, and drive strategic outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6-9 years of fintech experience, preferably online payments, with a proven track record driving business growth and revenue targets.

•Ability to build rapport with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders; strong interpersonal skills.
