Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document exterior/interior condition in accordance with Manheim standards.
  • •Verify vehicle identification details (VINs, mileage, sub-series, options) and ensure accurate system entry.
  • •Safely locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer lots.
  • •Build trust with dealer clients through consistent inspections, professionalism, and responsiveness; educate dealers on Manheim Marketplace/mobile inspections.
  • •Prepare daily activity/production reports using Salesforce.com; collaborate with Wholesale Specialists and other Manheim teams; support continuous improvement/Lean environment.

Key Requirements
