Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Aviation Training Division operations at the assigned NITC location.
  • •Provide direction, coordination, and operational support to Aviation Training Division instructors.
  • •Provide Pilot, Naval Flight Officer, or Weapon Systems Officer instruction as needed and within qualifications.
  • •Monitor and support international military students during swim and physical-fitness training.
  • •Develop weekly and monthly course schedules and coordinate instructional coverage to resolve scheduling conflicts and support consistent curricula delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
  • •Master's degree in management, business, education, engineering, or a closely related field plus 8+ years managing military training and education programs; or bachelor's in those fields plus 12+ years combined experience
  • •Experience as a military aviator serving as a pilot or flight officer
  • •Demonstrated experience leading instructors or aviation-training personnel
  • •Ability to develop and manage complex course schedules and coordinate instructional resources
