  • •Coordinate construction package alignment across engineering, design, and construction management teams.
  • •Manage and track RFI, NCR, QMDP, Bridge Quality Assessment Report, and Design Variance Request reviews and directives.
  • •Lead submittal review meetings and represent the engineering team in engineering meetings.
  • •Maintain a systematic document control system and ensure records are properly archived.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).

  • •Ability to understand structural/civil design and construction and relevant design-build contract environment.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely using phone, email, and virtual tools.
