Services Senior Team leader- Workshop Manager

Lead operational activities for production, assembly, repair, and delivery of equipment and replacement parts. Coordinate resources to hit operational goals, oversee daily workshop and logistics execution, and manage production plans, shift handovers, and workforce/equipment allocation. Drive process controls and continuous improvements to improve productivity, quality, and operational consistency, while presenting updates to senior leadership and partnering with cross-functional teams to support customer service outcomes.
