Lead store performance by driving sales results, delivering exceptional customer service, and building an inclusive, high-performing team culture. Coach and develop associates through training in customer service, product knowledge, and brand standards. Partner with store leaders to meet KPI targets, manage store operations (scheduling, expenses, loss prevention, audits, reporting), and ensure visual merchandising and inventory/shipping processes are executed to standard.
