Key Responsibilities

•Deliver end-to-end retail hiring execution across an assigned portfolio of stores.
•Partner with Store Leaders to understand hiring needs, guide process steps, and support hiring decisions.
•Lead key hiring moments including interview activity, hiring days, store-focused talent initiatives, and store opening support.
•Build strong candidate slates through sourcing, screening, and maintaining market awareness.
•Use recruiting data to track progress, identify blockers, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Experience in Talent Acquisition, with background in Retail or high-volume customer-facing hiring.
•Ability to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience with strong organization, responsiveness, and reliability.
•Comfort guiding hiring managers through structured hiring processes and thoughtful assessment.
•Proficiency sourcing talent, managing multiple searches, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent, high-touch candidate care.
