Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement sourcing and recruiting campaigns tailored to our business needs.
  • •Independently manage the recruitment process, ensuring strong alignment with hiring managers and the candidate experience.
  • •Proactively engage passive candidates and build strong candidate pools.
  • •Conduct screenings and interviews, evaluating both technical and cultural fit.
  • •Regularly update and maintain our ATS, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates, clear notes, and transparent information flow for hiring teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition, ideally within the gaming or IT industry, with freelance experience preferred; freelancing experience is a plus.
  • •Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the ability to organize, track, and report on candidate status.
  • •Proficiency with recruiting platforms, resume databases, and sourcing tools.
  • •High level of fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Contract-based, part-time collaboration (approx. 20 hours/week)
