Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage employee relations at the plant site to maintain harmonious industrial relations, effective union engagement, and labor compliance.
  • •Lead and manage HR operations to ensure efficient HR service delivery, compliance with labor regulations, and execution of HR policies and processes.
  • •Act as a strategic HR partner to plant leadership, aligning HR strategy with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce engagement.
  • •Manage government and regulatory relationships to support permits, compliance, and smooth plant operations with external stakeholders.
  • •Oversee external affairs and general affairs functions, including community relationships and administrative/facility/security/logistics support for plant operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field.
  • •Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Employee Relations/Industrial Relations and HR Operations/Business Partner roles in manufacturing or plant environments.
  • •Minimum 5–10 years of experience in community relations, government relations, General Affairs, CSR, or Facilities Management in industrial or plant operations.
  • •Experience handling Collective Labor Agreements (CLA) and union negotiations.
  • •Strong knowledge of industrial relations, labor laws, union practices, dispute resolution processes, HR practices/processes, local regulations, and community dynamics.
