Job Summary

Own SAP customer delivery engagements within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, acting as the client’s escalation point and trusted advisor. Lead customer engagement coordination across internal teams and partners, driving cloud transformation and onboarding toward S/4HANA and SAP Cloud solutions. Manage proactive service plans and reactive support requests, run governance/status meetings, and handle engagement administration, reporting, contract adherence, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the voice of the client within SAP and the main contact/escalation point for ECS engagement questions and issues.
•Drive cloud transformation with key client stakeholders to ensure adoption of S/4HANA and cloud standardization.
•Lead the customer engagement and coordinate alignment across internal and external stakeholders, including SAP Services and partners.
•Manage proactive delivery of service plans and reactive support requests; host regular status and governance meetings.
•Handle engagement administration (staffing, reporting, controlling), support contract adherence/change requests, and manage commercial responsibility (costs/profitability), reporting, and invoicing.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4+ years of experience in project management or SAP Operations.
•Minimum 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
