Job Summary

Assist in designing and configuring ServiceNow catalog items, flows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies/actions. Support and maintain ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management. Help keep CMDB data up to date, manage data imports, and maintain integrations using REST APIs or SOAP. Participate in testing, debugging, and code reviews, and produce technical and functional documentation.

•Understanding of SaaS platforms, ITIL frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
•Completion of foundational training or a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly desired.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
