Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide estimate and cost planning, including producing and presenting the final estimate.
  • •Estimate at conceptual, programming, and detailed level; compile feasibility studies and prepare procurement reports.
  • •Perform procurement activities (pre-qualification, tender lists, tender analysis, tender report) and compile contractual documents.
  • •Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes; deliver cost checks and valuations and ensure timely, accurate processing.
  • •Lead value engineering, negotiate and settle final accounts, maintain client/consultant liaison, and provide leadership to cost management teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 10 years’ experience in cost management.
  • •Experience leading cost management commissions for large construction projects with high complexity.
  • •Strong construction industry knowledge, including procurement routes, value management/value engineering, and life cycle costing.
  • •People management experience delivering a project team’s scope; English and German skills required.
