Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and manage daily production schedules based on customer orders, capacity, and raw material availability.
  • •Manage timely ordering and availability of raw materials for production and fulfilment.
  • •Create warehouse pick lists for internal stock replenishment and ensure materials are available.
  • •Monitor and review sales orders, fixing or rejecting them as necessary to ensure accurate processing.
  • •Monitor and manage inventory levels and deputize for the Samples Manager when required; assist with potting/packing/shipping/production as needed.

  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in the food industry.
  • •Previous experience in planning or a similar role.
  • •Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple deadlines.
