Job Summary

Own finance “One-DRI” responsibilities for product launches with material financial impact. Partner with accounting, tax, treasury, credit risk, and operations to evaluate trade strategies and launch requirements, drive cross-functional execution from scoping through go-live, and ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Document fund flows, risks, and accounting treatment decisions, build and implement financial controls, and help automate manual workflows with vendors and IT partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams to evaluate trade strategies, determine finance requirements, and coordinate implementation across accounting, tax, treasury, and operations.
•Advise the business by navigating Finance on its behalf, reducing friction in product launches, and ensuring stakeholders are informed and consulted at each stage.
•Produce documentation of fund flows, key financial risks, and accounting treatment decisions, and provide regular status updates to executive management.
•Scope, design, and implement financial controls with business and process owners to support audit and regulatory readiness.
•Collaborate with external vendors and IT partners to automate manual processes and build scalable workflows for the product portfolio.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 78,840 - 87,600 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or controllership with exposure to crypto exchanges, fintech, or financial services product operations.
•CPA certification (or in progress) with a foundation in technical accounting, preferably with Big 4 public accounting experience.
•Ability to coordinate cross-functionally across accounting, tax, legal, treasury, and operations to drive product launches from scoping through go-live.
•Experience scoping and implementing financial controls to address key risks, including documenting fund flows and accounting treatment decisions.
•Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
