Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage terminal operators and technicians to safely operate and maintain terminals and associated facilities.
  • •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and company operating requirements and coordinate activities with regulatory agencies, internal teams, the public, customers/carriers, and local emergency response agencies.
  • •Serve as Incident Commander and Qualified Individual for emergency responses, leading the Emergency Response Team and coordinating crisis support with the Operations Manager.
  • •Prepare and maintain reports, records, diagrams, and other documents related to maintenance, operations, safety, regulatory compliance, and employee administrative issues.
  • •Steward operating expenses and monitor operating expense and capital budgets; manage inventory and terminal operations that influence product quality assurance and product measurement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,700 - 136,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience operating and maintaining liquid terminal facilities, including regulatory requirements and familiarity with AC2 and/or TopTech rack automation systems (or ability to quickly learn).
  • •Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the Company Insurance Carrier.
  • •Effectively communicate in English orally and in writing with coworkers, contractors, government officials, and senior management.
  • •Read and understand written material in English, including basic numerical calculations.
  • •Proficiency with basic computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
