Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the store team during shifts, ensuring daily tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • •Provide product, service, and brand storytelling training to teammates using structured feedback
  • •Develop and implement in-store merchandising plans, including displays and seasonal adjustments
  • •Oversee stock management, cashier operations, and daily store closing/opening procedures
  • •Collaborate with the store manager to staff planning, handoffs, and delivery of a WOW customer experience

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in supervision/training
  • •Strong English communication skills preferred; ability to welcome and assist customers
  • •Solid product knowledge understanding and ability to train others
