Job Summary

Review and process dealer-submitted loan packages for loan proceeds disbursement and new account boarding. Verify required documentation, board loan applications according to Loan Verification guidelines, and resolve escalated dealer calls and requests. Provide telephone-based client service leadership and ensure Perfect Client Experience (PCE) while following bank policies. Also support departmental processes, training/coaching for peers, and manage incomplete/discrepant loan packages to completion.

•Review and process dealer-submitted loan packages for disbursement and account boarding.
•Ensure required and requested loan funding paperwork is received and properly documented; attach/sort loan documentation to application files.
•Verify and board loan packages in accordance with Loan Verification guidelines (including applications, signed documents, cosigner/guaranty/chattel agreements, and collateral/customer identification).
•Handle escalated dealer calls and provide problem resolution.
•Train, coach, and mentor peers for the Sheffield Dealer Discount I position, and support delegated department processes and reporting.
