Staff Global Supply Manager-Closures

Own sourcing strategy for body closure mechanisms and systems by identifying and developing qualified suppliers globally. Partner with Engineering, Supplier Quality, Finance, Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing to create RFQs, negotiate contracts, and issue POs for prototype and tooling. Manage supplier development and timelines to support prototype builds and start of production, maintain supplier relationships, and provide internal reporting. Travel 15–25% for supplier visits and business reviews.
