Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve families with postpartum doula support as an independent contractor in Loula’s network.
  • •Deliver care while Loula manages Medicaid enrollment, credentialing, insurance verification, medical billing, and payment.
  • •Receive insured-client referrals through Loula’s client referral/doula matching program.
  • •Maintain required trainings and coverage, including adult/infant CPR, HIPAA training, and liability insurance.
  • •Set your own availability and accept as many or as few clients/visits as you choose (no minimums or visit requirements).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation, or training as a birth/full-spectrum doula plus 16 hours of training and attendance at 3 births as a doula.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
