Job Summary

Own end-to-end Contract to Cash (CTC) activities, including accurate invoicing and oversight of the letter of credit (LC) and trade finance documentation cycle. Work in Commercial Services to support revenue accounting and cashflow for global shipments, manage bank interactions for confirmations and discrepancies, and strengthen LC/ATL reporting governance. Partner on KPI development, system enhancements, and automation initiatives, while ensuring compliance with controls, SLAs, and Rio Tinto policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform end-to-end CTC activities, overseeing accurate invoicing and the LC/trade finance documentation cycle for global shipments.
•Generate invoices and prepare shipping documents for banks and customers, ensuring compliant and timely delivery.
•Manage bank interactions for LC confirmations, discrepancy resolution, and fee negotiations to support competitive business outcomes.
•Strengthen LC/Authorization to Load (ATL) reporting governance and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
•Support KPI development, month-end reporting and audits, and contribute to digital transformation/ERP modernization and automation improvements.

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting contract-to-cash (CTC) processes and operational invoicing matters.
•Ability to oversee letter of credit (LC) and shipping document preparation, issuance, vetting, and presentation with accuracy and compliance.
•Experience managing bank interactions for confirmations, discrepancy resolution, and fee negotiations.
•Hands-on experience producing and maintaining sales/invoicing databases and management reporting.
•Experience with SAP and supporting projects/enhancements for CTC process improvements and automation.
