Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, count, verify, label, and store parts; uncrate and remove gaskets.
  • •Disassemble PHEs, perform inspections (including dye penetration under black light), rinse and clean units.
  • •Clean (pressure wash), paint if specified, and install new gaskets per specification; glue, cure, inspect, and prepare assemblies per drawings.
  • •Assemble or repackage units/configurations for plate packs or frames; manage shipping, receiving, distribution, and customer pickup.
  • •Maintain work area cleanliness and organization (5S); participate in daily ALPS meetings and perform barcode scanning/photo documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Experience in a manual shop environment (preferred, not required).
  • •Experience operating fork lift trucks, hand pallet jacks, and overhead cranes (preferred).

  • •Good hand-eye coordination with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
