Key Responsibilities

•Actively contribute to business strategy, delivery, and decisions, ensuring HR considerations are addressed early in decision-making processes.
•Coach and advise business leaders to shape leadership competencies required by the business.
•Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive HR initiatives that meet both employee and business needs.
•Provide advice and consultancy to line managers on people management topics including performance, disciplinary actions, and grievances; focus on employee retention.
•Workforce planning and talent management including succession planning, along with recruitment activities to find the right fit for roles.

Key Requirements

•8-12 years of HR experience in strategic HR roles
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; equivalent experience considered
•Hands-on problem-solving and project execution skills
•Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
•Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance
