Robot Delivery Specialist

Prepare, deploy, retrieve, and maintain Coco’s delivery robots across a 24/7 operation. You’ll transport robots to partner hubs, respond to retrieval calls, charge and clean units, run basic mechanical/electrical checks, and provide last-mile customer deliveries when robots can’t finish routes. Using structured SOPs and the Field Ops App, you’ll manage daily launch/takedown tasks, support hub setup/expansion, and coordinate with central operations and hardware teams.
