Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Central NPM operating model and global governance, ensuring consistency across sites and building a high-performance execution culture.
  • •Drive end-to-end NPI execution by ensuring build plans are executable and aligned to customer commitments, and manage execution risks and sample/qualification timelines.
  • •Own inventory health and global inventory control strategy, reducing Inventory X, aged/excess inventory, and unmanaged WIP while improving inventory visibility.
  • •Own model cycle time governance and lead cycle time reduction initiatives, improving loading predictability and demand fulfillment.
  • •Partner on planning transformation and automation with system-based and AI-assisted planning, including NPP adoption and automation of MAD and risk alerts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or Business.
  • •15+ years in semiconductor operations, supply chain planning, manufacturing planning, and/or New Product Introduction (NPI) management.
  • •5+ years leading global teams.
  • •Experience in Assembly & Test operations and NPI/sample operations.
  • •Experience leading large-scale planning transformation projects plus inventory optimization and working-capital management.
