Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the Infrastructure PMC Services Strategic Plan for the New York/New Jersey region, including opportunity pipeline and thought leadership.
  • •Lead business development and client account management, including RFP responses and winning new opportunities.
  • •Provide strategic leadership and governance for PMC delivery, managing risk and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Ensure program objectives for cost, schedule, quality, safety, and sustainability are met.
  • •Line-manage PMC delivery personnel and oversee recruitment/selection for staffed opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in program/construction management for large-scale infrastructure.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the state of New York.
  • •Thorough knowledge of program and construction management methods and best practices.
  • •Ability to use MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint; and communicate effectively with strong contract-reading skills.
