Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently own defined product initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch measurement with coaching from senior product leaders.
  • •Translate user, customer, operational, and technical needs into product briefs, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Partner with Design and Engineering to evaluate options, clarify trade-offs, and ensure work is ready for development.
  • •Coordinate product acceptance testing and prepare release notes, enablement materials, and demos as appropriate.
  • •Use data and research to define success measures, monitor outcomes, and recommend iteration, remediation, or end-of-lifecycle actions.
