Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end change management for CRs, including drafting technical plans, impact assessments, execution, and post-change validation.
  • •Maintain and optimize office network infrastructure to ensure high availability across Wi‑Fi, IoT, and SD‑WAN tunnels.
  • •Configure and integrate multi-vendor hardware environments (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Extreme Networks) for seamless interoperability.
  • •Lead small-to-medium deployment projects, such as hardware refreshes or small office network setups.
  • •Monitor and improve network security posture and performance, proactively resolving bottlenecks before user impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience: 4–7 years in enterprise network engineering or a recent degree/certification (CCNP, PCNSE, FCSS).
  • •Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, Extreme Networks, and Arista switching or Aruba wireless.
  • •Protocols: Solid understanding of switching and routing protocols, wireless technologies and IPSec VPNs.
  • •Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and support new networking technologies and vendor platforms as the business evolves.
  • •Change Governance: Experience working within Change Control environments (ITIL) and writing rollback procedures.
