Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, rollout, upgrades, and production support. Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions, configure HCM Cloud modules, and analyze HR processes to propose improvements and automation opportunities. Own functional design deliverables (FDDs, test scripts, training materials) and support SIT/UAT and deployments. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, workflows, security, and data migration, while mentoring junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, rollout, upgrades, and support engagements.
•Run business requirement gathering and translate requirements into functional solutions.
•Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business needs and best practices.
•Prepare functional design deliverables (FDDs, configuration workbooks, process flows, test scripts, training materials) and manage SIT/UAT and production deployments.
•Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, workflows, security, and data migration; provide functional expertise during issue resolution and change requests.

Key Requirements

•11+ years of Oracle HCM Functional Consulting experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
•Hands-on configuration experience across Oracle HCM Cloud modules to support complex business requirements.
•Strong understanding of HR business processes and HCM best practices, including HCM security, approvals, workflows, Fast Formulas, and reporting concepts.
•Experience with HCM integrations, data conversion, and third-party HR systems.
•Ability to perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable solutions; strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
