Key Responsibilities

  • •Install and test new facilities and equipment, including advanced crimping on connectors such as BNC, Micro BNC, RJ45, and XLR.
  • •Configure hardware AV broadcast and IT networking setups, including setting up a star network and ensuring communication between devices.
  • •Set up and maintain equipment for virtual studio production and monitor audio-visual links between units.
  • •Analyze and repair technical faults, minimizing service loss by identifying and implementing alternative service methods.
  • •Set up and operate equipment and transmission links during outside broadcasts, and design and install custom audio-visual circuits.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced knowledge of photography concepts including aperture, shutter speed, ISO, exposure, and camera lenses.
  • •Advanced technical knowledge of cameras, video camera operation, and production video switchers.
  • •Experience in electronic engineering and using communication equipment.
  • •Experience with live chroma keying and advanced understanding of SDI infrastructure.
  • •Excellent IT and project management skills, with strong communication and teamwork ability.
