Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Resolve operational and maintenance issues for carrier-grade provider networks (including fault handling).
•Provide consulting and design/implementation support for provider network projects (proposals and guidance).
•Create and explain technical documents for customer network operations teams; investigate and report findings.
•Plan, prepare, and conduct technical training for customer network staff.
•Serve as a technical consultant or advisory contact for customer network operations teams.

Key Requirements

•Experience as a network engineer covering requirements definition, design/build, and operations.
•Experience with network equipment and Cisco network products (IOS-XR/IOS-XE/NX-OS) including configuration, network deployment, and lab verifications.
•Experience in consulting, design/build, operations, and providing technical support for service provider networks.
•Ability to create technical reports, training materials, and deliver technical presentations in Japanese; strong stakeholder communication.
•Willingness to collaborate with international engineers and communicate in English (reading/writing).
