Job Summary

Own electrical works end-to-end across the project lifecycle, from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover. Participate in design reviews and optimize electrical system solutions for reliability, cost-effectiveness, and maintainability. Prepare tender technical specifications, evaluate suppliers, track key equipment delivery, and supervise on-site installation and testing. Manage electrical change orders and regularly report progress, quality, and risks to project decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

•Take full responsibility for electrical works throughout the entire project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to commissioning and handover.
•Participate in design reviews and optimize electrical system solutions for reliability, cost-effectiveness, and maintainability.
•Prepare electrical technical specifications for tendering, and participate in supplier assessments and bid evaluations.
•Track manufacturing and delivery progress of key equipment such as HV/LV switchgear, transformers, and UPS; supervise on-site electrical installation and testing.
•Control electrical change orders, organize energization/commissioning and integrated testing, and report electrical progress, quality, and risk status regularly.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems and Automation, Building Electrical, or related fields.
•At least 5 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably with full-cycle project management background in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing plant projects.
•Familiar with full-cycle electrical system management from design, tendering, procurement, installation to commissioning.
•Experience preparing electrical technical RFP/tender documents and evaluating suppliers.
•Familiar with power system codes and utility connection application processes.
