Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with teams across the organization to understand infrastructure usage pain points and develop solutions spanning multiple domains.
  • •Define and execute technical programs that require deep systems and engineering knowledge, driving large programs to conclusion.
  • •Predict technical roadblocks, shape technical design through trade-off analysis, and collaborate closely with engineers and technical program managers.
  • •Develop and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs with clear success criteria.
  • •Operationalize and execute critical cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering organizations for Core Infrastructure (Compute, Networking, Database, Services), including training teams to improve delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 8 years of Technical Program Management (or related), with at least 5 years of post-bachelor progressive experience.
  • •Experience with distributed systems and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • •Program management across all phases of software development from kick-off to launch.
  • •Experience driving internal and external process improvements and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions.
  • •Experience with core infrastructure (database, cloud compute, networking, services) plus SQL (4 years), data analysis (3 years), and cloud infrastructure plus developer productivity/developer experience.
