Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the enterprise strategy and roadmap, prioritized by retention and expansion impact.
  • •Run deep discovery with enterprise merchants and translate enterprise complexity into evidenced, defensible requirements.
  • •Lead the dedicated enterprise engineering pod end-to-end as the one accountable product owner (discovery through release).
  • •Ship enterprise-grade capability including multi-storefront, headless/API-first operations, role-based access and approvals, and reliability/performance at scale.
  • •Own enterprise success metrics with the data team, including capability adoption, net revenue retention contribution, enterprise win rate, and time-to-value for complex onboarding.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ownership of an enterprise or top tier on a multi-tenant software/commerce platform, delivering retention or expansion results.
  • •Deep hands-on fluency in at least two areas: multi-storefront architecture, headless and API-first commerce, role-based access/approval systems, multi-currency and multi-tax operations.
  • •Track record converting messy enterprise discovery into prioritized requirements engineering could execute.
  • •Commercial packaging judgment, including deciding which capabilities gate a tier and where rate limits sit.
  • •Six or more years in product management, with exposure to agentic commerce protocols or building for AI agents as a plus.
