Job Summary

Shape Netflix’s ads pricing and packaging strategy for the EMEA expansion markets. You’ll partner on commercial deal development, pricing negotiations, deal structures, and incentive terms, using data and analytics to optimize inventory. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Director of Ads Market Expansion on commercial deal development strategy, including pricing negotiations, deal structures, rebates/agency incentives/MCAs, and T&Cs.
•Support execution of pricing and packaging strategies using data and analytics to achieve company goals and optimize inventory for EMEA expansion markets.
•Support Sales teams with executing commercial annual deals and day-to-day pricing, incentive, and packaging strategy inquiries.
•Develop insight-led recommendations for packaging solutions based on advertiser and sales feedback.
•Maintain internal and external pricing resources and review/approve MakeGood, Added Value, and Credit requests; partner with Revenue Accounting for accurate reconciliation of discount promotions and incentive programs.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in advertising pricing strategy or equivalent revenue operations/pricing strategy roles.
•Strong commercial skills and comfort interpreting large datasets.
•Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving approach using the 80/20 rule.
•Proactive, independent working style in a fast-paced, always-changing environment.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build partnerships at all levels.
