•Optimize software performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks using monitoring, logging, and metrics to improve user experience.
•Implement non-functional requirements (availability, security, performance, scalability, observability) and advocate for clean, scalable coding practices.
•Improve automated testing strategies and guide continuous improvements to build and deploy processes (CI/CD).
•Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster quality, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
•5+ years developing enterprise-scale software using Object-Oriented Programming and RESTful APIs with Java, Spring Framework, and JPA.
•5+ years architecting large-scale applications with Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.
•2+ years building serverless, stateless distributed systems with AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions, and 2+ years with DynamoDB and Amazon S3 for serverless, stateful architectures.
•Experience implementing logging/monitoring/observability for distributed systems using AWS CloudFormation and Amazon CloudWatch; plus experience with scalable data stores and real-time architectures (e.g., Oracle, React/PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
