Key Responsibilities

  • •Blueprint, build, and test O2C processes for SAP S/4HANA, evaluating gaps and making scope decisions using best practices.
  • •Collaborate with teams to configure and develop system capabilities, designing and implementing solutions aligned to the desired operating model.
  • •Support test scenario/script creation and execution to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.
  • •Assist data and process teams with data mapping, testing, and documentation of solutions including configuration documents, process flows, and data policies.
  • •Deliver functional specifications for forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations, and workflows; support cutover and hypercare migration from legacy systems.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 7 years, or 14 years without a degree).
  • •Experience in opportunity to cash (O2C) workstream processes and/or aftermarket (MRO) processes, including contract/warranty lifecycle management and program management.
  • •In-depth, hands-on experience with SAP systems, including system configuration, data management, and reporting.
  • •Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches for software development and implementation projects.
