Job Summary

Drive RTX’s oneRTX ERP Process & Systems Transformation for the Order to Cash (O2C) and Aftermarket workstream. You’ll blueprint, build, test, and support cutover/hypercare for SAP S/4HANA, translating business needs into functional specifications, data mappings, integrations, and workflow solutions. Collaborate with business leaders, digital teams, and cross-functional partners to harmonize processes, document configurations and process flows, and ensure successful migration from legacy systems. Travel up to 25–50%.

Key Responsibilities

•Blueprint, build, and test O2C processes for SAP S/4HANA, evaluating gaps and making scope decisions using best practices.
•Collaborate with teams to configure and develop system capabilities, designing and implementing solutions aligned to the desired operating model.
•Support test scenario/script creation and execution to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.
•Assist data and process teams with data mapping, testing, and documentation of solutions including configuration documents, process flows, and data policies.
•Deliver functional specifications for forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations, and workflows; support cutover and hypercare migration from legacy systems.

Key Requirements

•University degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 7 years, or 14 years without a degree).
•Experience in opportunity to cash (O2C) workstream processes and/or aftermarket (MRO) processes, including contract/warranty lifecycle management and program management.
•In-depth, hands-on experience with SAP systems, including system configuration, data management, and reporting.
•Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches for software development and implementation projects.
