Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and scale AI-native solutions from prototype to production with end-to-end ownership (problem definition through build, deployment, evaluation).
  • •Build and validate using LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and evaluation methodologies (human, LLM-as-judge, automated).
  • •Use Claude-style tools as accelerators while reading, challenging, and supervising generated code and idea outputs.
  • •Embed with product teams to execute focused AI missions and pair with other builders in the pod.
  • •Design and evolve AI engineering capabilities within missions on the frontier (e.g., ontologies and ontology-grounded agents).

Key Requirements

  • •3-6 years hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agentic orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and evals (human, LLM-as-judge, automated).
