Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as lead solution architect and senior engineer for complex initiatives, including solution design, code reviews, and troubleshooting critical issues.
  • •Design and oversee implementation of Conversational AI and GenAI workflows (RAG, summarisation, automation) and define reference architectures.
  • •Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary engineering team, including resource planning/capacity management, skill development, coaching, and engineering standards.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of chatbot and voice-bot solutions across channels (web, app, WhatsApp, IVR integrations), including governance of conversational design and intent/flow.
  • •Govern deployed solutions on Google Cloud, including architecture and cost optimization, security/compliance (data residency, access control), and quarterly GCP cost reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •9+ years in a technical role, including at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial position.
  • •2+ years of Google Cloud Platform experience with production applications, including GCP Professional Cloud Architect.
  • •Deep expertise in LLMs (Gemini), prompt engineering, and RAG architectures, plus conversational design and multi-turn dialogue orchestration.
  • •Hands-on experience building chatbots and voice bots at scale, with API-led architectures, microservices, and full stack development (React, Node.js, Python).
