Manage network security controls (firewalls, NAC, WAF, secure remote access), vulnerability remediation, governance/compliance (NCA, ISO 27001, Aramco requirements), DR readiness, and incident resolution, while mentoring a network security team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity).
•Manage cybersecurity program including security architecture/standards, security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, NAC, WAF, secure remote access), and vulnerability remediation.
•Ensure governance, risk, and compliance with cybersecurity/regulatory requirements (e.g., NCA, ISO 27001, Aramco cybersecurity requirements) and support audits.
•Lead, mentor, and develop the network and security team; define KPIs/objectives and manage vendor/service provider relationships.
•Deliver network and security infrastructure projects end-to-end and oversee monitoring/operations, incident resolution, and disaster recovery readiness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or Network Engineering (master’s a plus).
•8+ years of experience in network and security leadership roles.
•Experience with network security architecture and zero trust frameworks.
•Hands-on experience with firewalls, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cloud security controls.
•Preferred certifications: CISSP/CISM/CISA, CCNP/CCIE (or equivalent), and Palo Alto/Fortinet (or other security vendor) certifications.
